Vendor Registration (Goods and Services, including Architect and Engineering Services)

The City of Richland participates with a number of other Washington public agencies in using a shared roster database that is administered by Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC). MRSC established the Vendor and Consultant database as a means of soliciting and notifying vendors and consultants about opportunities to respond to quotes, bids, request for proposals (RFP) and request for qualifications (RFQ).

To be considered for acceptance to the Vendor and Consultant Roster, an application must be completed and submitted to MRSC. Acceptance to the roster does not guarantee work with any member agency.

To apply for the vendor or consultant roster
1. Go to: www.mrscrosters.org
2. Click the “Join MRSC Rosters” button
3. Create a FREE account and select City of Richland in your application
4. If you already have an account established with MRSC, simply select City of Richland in your account
