The Richland Police Department (RPD) is dedicated to providing safety and quality service to our community. We strive to uphold the highest standard of performance and ethics, while ensuring a safe environment in which to live, work and commute. The Richland Police Department maintains an ongoing and merged certification list for Entry, Exceptional and Lateral positions. We are currently accepting applications and hold oral board processes on a regular basis.
