An interlocal agreement is a written contract between the City of Richland and other local government agencies such as nearby cities, counties, school boards or constitutional offices. Interlocal agreements are made whenever a public initiative requires the combined operations and/or budgets of two or more local government agencies.

The following list contains interlocal agreements between the City of Richland and one or more additional parties starting from 2007, as well as any amendments to the agreements.
