As an advisory body to City Council and staff, the Arts Commission encourages and supports art within Richland to improve quality of life, strengthen economic developement, and provide expertise on visual and performing arts to enrich the cultural life of the Richland community.
Meetings
The Arts Commission holds their meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the City Hall, Council Chambers, 625 Swift Boulevard. Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are also available following approval.
Workshops
Workshops are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Richland Community Center, Meeting Room at 500 Amon Park Drive.

STAR Award
Each year, the Arts Commission asks the community to nominate one individual and one organization to receive the STAR Award for their outstanding contribution and support of the arts in Richland, Washington.
