Please only use this form to report street light issues. To report other City malfunctions like crosswalk signals, parks maintenance requests and potholes, submit a service request.

View all current and completed issues before submitting a new report. Check back later to see if the repair has been completed. If it has, the light bulb at that location on the map will display a green flag symbol for seven days after the issue has been completed.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for street light repairs. Our electrical crews work to repair them quickly once a notification is received. Thank you for doing your part to help us to keep the lights on.
